TP Group Services has implemented, and is committed to, a Quality Management System (QMS) that is compliant with a set of internationally recognised standards (including ISO 9001:2015, tickITplus and AQAP-2110, AQAP-2105, AQAP-2210). We strive to continuously improve our effectiveness and the quality of our products and services.

The company has introduced systems that will set and review measurable quality objectives. The Directors will provide appropriate resources as required to enable the company to:

  • meet these objectives,
  • promote a business culture that encourages the early detection of risks and opportunities, and to
  • encourage open communication between staff, suppliers and customers on quality issues and business performance

All staff and those working on behalf of the company are made aware of the aims and objectives of the Quality Management System and associated operating procedures, are expected to adhere to its requirements, and are encouraged to suggest ways in which these can be improved.

We continually improve our Quality Management System to ensure we meet our business objectives. As a key part of this, the management team are committed to achieving customer satisfaction and developing long-term relationships with our clients by delivering results that consistently fulfil their expectations.
